Requests in Telegram, by email or SMS; calls in German, Russian or Ukrainian. 100 call minutes included, then 0.25 € per minute.
Standard
69 € per month
300 call minutes included, then 0.25 € per minute. Answers questions about opening hours, address and prices „from“; callers on a mobile get their request confirmed by SMS. This is the plan you test for the first 14 days.
Team
119 € per month
Everything in Standard, 800 call minutes for all numbers (then 0.25 € per minute), up to three numbers, e.g. for two locations, and a monthly set-up call together.
Final prices, no setup fee, cancel monthly. Launch price: the first ten customers keep their monthly price for twelve months.

What does it cost?
The first 14 days are free and end by themselves – no cancellation, no card. After that only if you want it: from 39 € per month, plans above.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Customers call you as always. Only when nobody picks up, the assistant answers.
My customers speak German – and I don't, really. Does that work?
That's exactly what it's for. The assistant talks to callers in German (or Russian/Ukrainian) and sends you the request in English: what they need, when, and the number to call back.
What do my customers hear?
The assistant answers with your business name and asks for the service, preferred time and call-back number. If someone asks whether it's an AI, it says so honestly. It doesn't book appointments or promise anything.
How do I switch it off?
Turn off call forwarding – done. No call or email needed.
What about data protection?
Nothing is recorded as audio. The data processing agreement (AVV) is included; you get a text for your privacy notice after activation.
